Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by j444:

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on j444, logging into an existing j444 account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the j444 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Your continued use of j444 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. j444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with material changes communicated to registered members via email or on-platform notification.

These Terms apply to all services provided by j444, including but not limited to: the online casino, live dealer casino, sports betting sportsbook, virtual games, promotional offers, loyalty programme, and customer support services.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on j444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. j444 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when accessing j444 services.
3. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of j444, any of its affiliated companies, or any game provider or supplier to j444.
5. You must not be self-excluded from j444 or any other gambling platform under a current self-exclusion agreement.
6. You must not have had a previous j444 account closed due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct.
7. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep that information updated throughout your membership.
8. You may hold only one (1) registered account on j444. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts.

j444 reserves the right to decline any registration application, or to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion, including where j444 has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility conditions above are not or are no longer met.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. j444 strongly recommends that all members enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via their Account Settings immediately after registration.

You agree to the following account security obligations:

• You will not share your j444 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You will not allow any other individual to access or use your j444 account on your behalf.
• You will select a strong, unique password for your j444 account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• You will notify j444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You will log out of your j444 account after each session when using a shared or public device.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your j444 account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have previously reported a suspected security breach to j444 support.

j444 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message purportedly from j444 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to j444 support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

j444 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform at any given time. j444 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. j444 does not charge deposit processing fees.
• Deposits are credited to the j444 wallet within the processing window for the selected payment method, typically under 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the j444 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• j444 reserves the right to request verification of the deposit source and to hold funds pending verification if third-party funding is suspected.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 300. j444 does not charge standard withdrawal processing fees.
• All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. j444 may require alternate method verification at its discretion.
• j444's target withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes on average. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal from any j444 account is processed. Required documents include a valid national identity card and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements and conditions stated in the relevant promotion. Only Real Money Balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• j444 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting further documentation, without limitation as to the type or number of documents requested.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

j444 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, tournament prizes, and VIP loyalty tier benefits to eligible members. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

1. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier (e.g. 30x the bonus amount), which must be completed within the stated validity period before any associated funds become withdrawable.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed using Real Money Balance before Bonus Funds are applied. Where a player holds both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, Real Money Balance is wagered first.
3. Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement completion. The eligible games and contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
4. j444 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable while bonus funds are active on an account. Bets exceeding the stated maximum during a bonus cycle may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Maximum withdrawable winnings derived from bonus funds may be capped. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum withdrawal limit for a specific promotion will be removed from the account on withdrawal processing.
6. Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Bonus offers may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred between accounts or players.
7. j444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to revoke any bonus credited to an account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
8. Welcome bonuses are available to new members only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address.

The j444 VIP loyalty programme operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on accumulated loyalty points earned through real-money wagering across all j444 products. VIP tier benefits, including enhanced cashback rates, dedicated account management, and priority withdrawal processing, are detailed in the VIP programme documentation available on the Platform.

Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Issues

All casino games available on j444 — whether RNG-based slot titles, RNG table games, or live dealer games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. By participating in any game on j444, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant game rules.

• All RNG games on j444 use independently certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published or available on request.
• Live dealer games are hosted in licensed studios by professional dealers and are subject to studio operating procedures and pit supervisor oversight.
• In the event of a disconnection, software malfunction, or technical error during a game round, j444's system logs serve as the authoritative record of game outcomes. j444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve such issues fairly, but cannot guarantee a specific outcome in the event of a verifiable technical fault.
• j444 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software bug, pricing error, or data feed error has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed or a wager being accepted at incorrect odds.
• Any winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout — including jackpot malfunctions or display errors — will not be honoured and j444 reserves the right to remove such amounts from player accounts after investigation.
• Progressive jackpot games operate under specific jackpot terms published within the individual game interface. j444 acts as an intermediary between the player and the game provider for jackpot claims and processing.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j444 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

1. Creating or maintaining more than one registered j444 account, regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any point during account use, including during the KYC verification process.
3. Using the j444 platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
4. Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on j444 without the express written consent of j444.
6. Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or promotional loophole (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse") intentionally and systematically to generate guaranteed profit at j444's expense.
7. Accessing j444 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited and where j444 does not accept registrations.
8. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward j444 staff, customer support agents, or other j444 members via any communication channel.
9. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with any part of j444's software, website, or systems.
10. Assisting or facilitating any of the above prohibited activities on behalf of another person.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, and intellectual property available on j444 — including but not limited to the j444 brand name, logo, website design, game assets, text, images, video streams, promotional materials, and software code — are owned by or licensed to j444 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

j444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j444 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any j444 content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on j444 content.
• Use j444's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any way not expressly authorised by j444.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from j444 using automated means.

Unauthorised use of j444's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by j444.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j444's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to the use of j444 shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j444 expressly excludes liability for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on j444, whether due to game outcomes, jackpot results, or sports betting market results.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use j444.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, power outages, or any other technical issue beyond j444's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account where the member has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information, game statistics, odds, or other data displayed on j444 that contains errors or is out of date.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude j444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Privacy & Data Protection

j444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By registering on j444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and promotional communications where consent has been given. j444 does not sell personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

j444 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect member personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure server infrastructure for data at rest. Responsible Gaming

j444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. j444 takes its duty of care toward members seriously and provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all members at no cost from Account Settings. j444 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all platform access.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your j444 account. Downward adjustments take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. j444 will prevent further wagering once the limit is reached within the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your j444 account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account is temporarily suspended for gambling purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from j444 for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and j444 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

Account Termination & Closure

Termination by You: You may request closure of your j444 account at any time by contacting j444 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification if not previously completed.

Termination by j444: j444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Determination that a member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Fraudulent or criminal activity, including money laundering or collusion.
• Extended account inactivity as defined in j444's dormant account policy.
• Business or regulatory requirements compelling j444 to cease providing services to members in a particular jurisdiction.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. j444 may charge a dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts, as notified to the member via their registered email address. j444 will make reasonable efforts to contact the member before deducting any dormancy fee.

Amendments to These Terms

j444 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under this Agreement — j444 will provide advance notice to registered members via email to the registered address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the j444 platform.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect regulatory changes that do not alter member rights) may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of j444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using j444 and request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of j444 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j444 holds its international gaming license. The application of conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction is expressly excluded.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between you and j444 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of j444, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact j444 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. j444 commits to acknowledging all written dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to j444's compliance team. j444 will issue a final position statement within 28 calendar days of receiving a formal complaint.
3. Independent Arbitration: If the formal complaint process fails to resolve the dispute, the matter may be referred to independent arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified in j444's gaming license jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding on both parties.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that the dispute resolution process described above must be exhausted before initiating any legal proceedings against j444 in any court of competent jurisdiction.
